Q. Are you religious or non-demonational?

A. Non-demonational.

Q. Do you travel?

A. Yes, we charge $1.00 per mile round trip.

​

Q. Can you do last-minute weddings?

A. Yes, we do! Just call us we'll be happy to make your day special, no matter when you contact us.

Q. Do you help write vows?

A. Yes, we'll find out what you envision for your wedding.

Q. Do you charge for being or starting late?

A. Yes, we know things happen like wardrobe malfunction or weather, so we do give grace. After, 30 minutes we charge $75 per every 30 minutes.

Q. How much do I need to put down to secure my date?

A. A 50% retainer fee to secure your date, and the remainder is due before the ceremony starts. If additional fees incur before the ceremony that is also due before the ceremony starts.

Q. Who is responsible for obtaining the marriage license?

A. The couple is responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license from the appropriate county, ensure the license is at the ceremony, and ensure witnesses are present. (if applicable)

Q. Do you offer last-minute/same day weddings​?

A. Yes, we do just give us a call. These wedding types, payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your ceremony, retainer fee will not be refunded.

• If full payment has been made, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Nicole the Notary, LLC depending on notice given.

​Late Arrival Policy

• After 30 minutes of scheduled ceremony, the ceremony may be shortened/ cancelled without any refunds depending on other scheduled events or may incur additional charges of $75 per 30 minutes, depending on other scheduled events.

Weather Policy

• Clients are responsible for having a backup plan in case of inclement weather.

​

• ​If rescheduling is needed due to severe weather, reasonable accommodations will be made based on availability. 

​

Communication

​

• Please respond promptly to messages regarding your ceremony, if you have not responded in a reasonable about of time after several attempts, I will assume you have abandoned your contract, and no refunds will be reimbursed.
