Incomplete Appointment
If the appointment cannot be completed due to client-related issues (including lack of proper identification, missing signers, incomplete documents) a travel and service fee still may apply. 

Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments
Clients are expected to be available at the scheduled appointment time. A grace period up to 15 minutes will be allowed. If you aren't able to keep your appointment, please call asap. We do know that last minute occurrences can occur, however,
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
If you are unavailable at time of arrival, a service fee may apply.
